Hello folks. Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it. Wow there's still no snow down here in Mississauga (Greater Toronto Area). It sucks cause I love snow =( but anyhow. I just painted a page from my sketchbook. Its just some drawings of girls, enjoy =)

I was just fooling around with Painter today. I've never used its watercolor brush so i thought i'd try it out. its not bad...i just need to find the proper brush to work with. any suggestions? let me know =) thanks

hello again

wow. I've been away for some time now. Sheridan's been interesting this year...we've had lots of laughs and it been fun so far. We've had a great opportunity to work with some kick ass teachers this year like Dave Q., Douglas Smith, Mark Komza and many more. We've also had Bobby Chiu for couple of class for life drawing, as well. I wanted to thank him for getting me back into those extra lifedrawing sessions at night, so thanks man!
Anyway, I've been doddling around some sketches and here are two of em.

Hello everyone. Its been awhile. I've been busy with school and a bit of other stuff on the side. Basically we've started a group project and I'm looking forward to getting it done by March of 2007. Under the Sea

Once I was happy with the colored thumbnails, I started to to sketch out the thumbnail on bonb paper then cleaned up my drawing.

Okay these were done really fast using various sources.

"Deep Blue"

"Deep Blue" is a documentary directed by Alastair Forthergill and Andy Byatt. I'd come across this dvd sometime last week, and since learned a lot about our 'deep blue' planet. Anyhow I recommend this documentary to anyone and EVERYONE who wants to learn about our planet. Having seen this beautiful film, I was interested in learning more about the 'sea world.' I did a lot of research, after this and I watch Pixar's Finding Nemo and I was in love with the great deep ocean. I was soooo inspired to do something from this movie or make something look like its from the movie that I started sketching some rough thumbnails.

Flat tire - rough

Here's the rough. At first I thought I would do a night scene but then I .... didn't. hmmmm

Its just to give me an idea as to what i want. As you can see that I've altered the drawing quiet a bit. The buildings in the back, the moon... and...and hahah i dont
know, I've changed the damn thing. haha

But yeah this is what i came out with once I did the thumbnail. I didn't want to add people in it. I wanted the drawing to be just cars and trucks.

I've complete the rough, now its just a simple process of cleaning up the lines, getting rid of what you dont need and .... and....lots of coffee. mmmm coffeee

Hello again. Its been awhile. Colors of Sky

I was drawing just a hour ago...random things on a piece of paper. I came to draw these three and i dont know what was it about them, I just wanted to paint em...
I got on the Painter and here's what I got. This is quite small on the paper, a thumbnail really. Well here is the painting of it, I hope you like it.

ron the racoon

I started some designs in my sketch book of a raccoon. I thought it this one design was kinda cute so I made a "model sheet" for him. I haven't thought of the name yet, but for now lets call him "ron."

Hello again. I've been been working with Maya to model this human head. Though its a long and painful process to model a human head, I must say that once you've completed it, the feeling is great. But then you have to rig the damn thing and not to mention textures...errrrrrr...so yeah this is what I have gotten so far. BOY...I hate UVs. But I will get the textures done soon, I hope =). Anyway, hope you like it.

Experiment on Human

Okay so here's a character I designed last summer cause I was bored. It started off with the side view of just spheres. Slowly, I worked up the general shape of what i wanted and then I then worked up the front and back view, and finally finished off with minor details.

T2 in 2001 =)

Here's one of my drawings I did awhile back. I did this drawing on a illustration board, its quite big. I really like this drawing because...well most of you who know me know that I dont have a art background and I basically start drawing in the year 2001, after I finished my course at Seneca College, so it was one of my first "cool" drawings that I really like. BTW, Terminator 2 is one of my favorite movies...if u're into cg effects, you know what I'm talking about then.

This was one of the first assignments for the Digital Painting class we have. The layout is by Michael Hitchcox, I think (sorry), I just painted it in Photoshop and Painter.
